Clothes for small skinny asian guy? - not skinny asian blogger

I am 22, male, 5'5 "and very thin (~ 100 pounds). I just had a very small bone structure ... Where do I find fairly casual comfortable clothes that might fit me (eg, shirts jeans, woven )? Money is not important. Probably was in the fields of children's shop, but probably suck.

What I really want to do is walk into a store and someone look at me, and a design firm + clothes make for me. These companies do not seem to exist, except for formal wear.

I live in San Francisco, if it helps.

If someone good advice, I would be willing to pay for it.
